The position is for a Paralegal who will work within the Australian Legal team. An innovative, agile thinker who wants to enable progress within the business, you will provide assistance to the legal team in managing the contract generation process, deal with contract execution, and provide assistance to the product, regulatory, and governance activities within the Australian legal team. The position will report to a member of the Australian Legal team.

**Job Description Summary**

This role will act on and generate sales contracts from Salesforce and support the Australian sales team.

You would interact with the sales teams handling questions, managing requests for changes, and work with contract administration on global contracts. You would also have exposure and would support regulatory matters in australia including undertaking research and liaising with PayPal stakeholder as well as providing assistance to the Company Secretary on gvernance matters.

The position is for a Paralegal who will work within the Australian Legal team. An innovative, agile thinker who wants to enable progress within the business, you will provide assistance to the legal team in managing the contract generation process, deal with contract execution, and provide assistance to the product, regulatory and governance activities within the Australian legal team. The position will report to a member of the Australian Legal team.

**What you need to bring**
- 0-2 years post-qualification experience with a major law firm and/or in-house experience in the Payments or Financial Services industry. Expertise in marketing, consumer protection, payment services, e-commerce, e-payments, or data privacy would be advantageous
- An ability to proactively identify relevant business and legal issues in business
- A strong solution focus and an aptitude for working effectively on cross-functional teams and projects
- An intelligent and enthusiastic self-starter content to work autonomously
- Undergraduate degree from a reputable university with a proposed admission within the next 12 months.
