ONICE is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Wait Staff to join our dynamic team in Mosman. As a casual wait staff member, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers.

**What you'll be doing**
- Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately
- Serving food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Ensuring tables are cleared, cleaned and reset promptly
- Assisting with stock replenishment and light side duties as required
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer queries or concerns

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a similar wait staff or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers
- A genuine passion for food, beverages and delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings and weekends
- A current Food Handling certificate, RSA or willingness to obtain one
