What We’re Looking For:
As Swim School Manager, you will be responsible for the growth, quality, and success of our Learn to Swim program at Rackley Swimming Miami. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product and experience in the water, ensuring students progress, parents are engaged, and the team delivers exceptional lessons that align with our teaching philosophy and standards.

Product & In-Water Experience
- Ensure teaching quality across all levels, from infants to squad swimmers
- Drive a culture of progression, engagement, and high-quality instruction
- Implement and monitor consistent teaching standards
- Continuously evolve the program to stay industry-leading and results-driven

Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop an incredible team of swim instructors
- Establish a strong coaching and mentoring culture to upskill the team
- Drive employee engagement and retention through training, recognition & leadership
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment

Growth & Business Development
- Increase acquisition by delivering an exceptional product and customer experience
- Work closely with marketing to drive awareness and retention strategies
- Analyse student progression data to enhance program effectiveness
- Build strong community partnerships and school relationships

Operations & Customer Experience
- Ensure the day-to-day management of the swim school runs seamlessly
- Drive a customer-first approach, ensuring parents and swimmers feel valued
- Maintain high standards in safety, compliance, and program delivery
- Oversee scheduling, enrolments, and customer communication

About You

You are an experienced Swim School Manager with a deep understanding of swimming education, program delivery, and customer engagement.

You have:

- Proven experience leading large swim schools
- A passion for high-quality, progression-focused teaching & coaching
- Strong leadership skills, able to motivate, develop & retain a large team
- Experience growing swim programs while maintaining exceptional quality
- A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering an outstanding experience
- Excellent operational & business acumen, able to manage budgets, KPIs & rostering
