Administration/Document Controller (Project)

**Salary Package**: $65,000 - $85,000

**Commencement**: ASAP

**The Opportunity**:
As an Admin/Document Controller, you will provide Document and Drawing Control Services across the entire project scope, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality practices. You will play a key role in maintaining the project's safety culture and be responsible for the following:
**What your day-to-day looks like**:

- Utilize project systems, processes, tools, and standards for effective Document Control.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the project's folder structure and filing system.
- Implement and manage Document Control procedures specific to the project.
- Oversee the timely completion of drawing and documentation review processes.
- Provide training on the project's folder structure, document numbering, registration, version control, and record management.
- Maintain a drawing document control system using Autodesk Vault.
- Manage the transfer of drawings from Aconex into the vault.
- Contribute to project reporting processes, including editing and formatting project documents.
- Administer the project SharePoint site and provide Aconex support to the team.

**What you will bring to the table**:

- Minimum of 5 years of Document Control experience in significant project development and execution in the relevant industry.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in Document and Drawing Control.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex document control issues.
- Familiarity with project execution practices associated with major capital projects.
- Experience with ERP systems and project management software.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly MS Word.
