**About the Role**

Due to continued business expansion and growth, our client is seeking an experienced and passionate
**Parts Advisor** to join their professional team.

Reporting directly to the Parts Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers needing or wanting parts for their vehicle. With customer service as a key objective, you will take on a diverse range of parts interpretation, invoice management, inventory control and sales responsibilities.

This is a great opportunity for an existing Parts Interpreter, someone looking to get into the automotive industry, or a mechanic wanting to get off the tools.

**Duties**:

- Identify parts and components
- Keep Managers and Service Advisors up to date with Parts arrivals
- Internal and External Sales - Liaise with customers, internal departments and suppliers.
- Inventory Control and Procurement
- Invoice Preparation and Dispatch
- General warehouse duties

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Part Advisor/ Part Interpreter role
- Experience in automotive industry, workshop environment/mechanical background is essential
- Genuine or Aftermarket Parts experience preferred
- Knowledge of ERA Pentana and Electronic Parts Catalogues
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills - verbal & written
- Time management skills, highly organised with the ability to prioritise, and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
- Permanent Residency Visa holder/ Citizen
