**About the Role**

As our Practice Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic. You’ll be responsible for:
 Leading and supporting our veterinary and nursing team to deliver outstanding patient care

 Managing clinic operations, including rostering, inventory, and financial performance

 Enhancing the client experience by ensuring gold-standard customer service

 Promoting a positive team culture, driving engagement, and supporting professional development

 Ensuring compliance with veterinary industry regulations and clinic policies

**About You**

 Has experience in management or leadership role

 Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively

 Is passionate about team development, engagement, and client service

 Has strong business acumen and can manage budgets, rostering, and KPIs
