The opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join QBE’s AusPac Finance Partnering & Planning Team in a forward - looking business partnering role. QBE is embarking on a programme of strategic change, with a focus on enhanced insight into business performance and decision making. With a focus on functional costs, strategy, and forecasting, this is a true partnering position with a strong emphasis on the customer and being able to offer solutions, provide challenge and navigate complex processes on behalf of senior stakeholders. Interacting closely with key senior EMB and LT members this role will be responsible for reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting across various shared services functions driving cost visibility, reduction, and productivity insights. Collaborating with the broader finance partnering and planning team this role will simplify ways of working and drive automation to develop better insights into performance and trends.
