Drive Customer and staff, product and segment training programs for Corelogic Aust/NZ maintain and develop accreditation programs for internal staff. Ensure customer training programs are available and relevant to our customer base.

Create and manage national relationships with real estate industry groups and franchise organisations. Manage develop head office and Industry body solutions, and support go to market for these products.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities of the role:

- Achieve state sales and revenue targets including your own key account client portfolio
- Provide strategic sales leadership and strategic direction for the Queensland real estate business aligned with the broader organisation strategy
- Establish, implement and manage a clear state strategic plan that aligns to the national plan
- Create and lead key account client engagement strategies and negotiate major deals with key customers and industry partners
- Structured sales coaching and leadership that excites and inspires high sales performance and staff engagement
- Monitoring sales and expense performance and initiating corrective action where necessary
- Regularly reporting actual performance to budget, with variance analyses and revised projections
- Be the voice of the customer by coordinating the gathering of market intelligence covering competitors’ products and sales strategies
- Be an advocate for the Customer Experience
- Lead, coach and develop a team of sales agents with a strong focus on employee engagement

- Strong strategic sales planning and implementation
- Demonstrate understanding of our real estate customer’s drivers and needs Proven ability to manage key customer relationships at senior levels of an organisation
- Pitching for, winning and retaining high value contracts with professional organisations

What credentials do you need?
- A solid understanding of, and expertise in delivering outstanding sales results at a State level.
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience
- 2+ years of national or international sales leadership experience
- Management experience within a corporate environment
