**Contract length: 12 months + long term preferred**

A professional family in Wahroonga, Sydney are seeking a kind and patient nanny to care for their children ( Aged 4,7 and 9 years).

**Normal days: 3 days per week**

**Days hours are**:
**Monday: 2:00 pm - 7:30 pm**
**Tuesday: 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm**
**Wednesday: 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm**

Some flexibility on days..

An ideal nanny would be warm, caring and responsive. A nanny that is also friendly, kind and patient and able to engage with the children.

The family is looking for someone who is flexible, organised, trustworthy and reliable and is able to care for the children and and follow routines.

Typical day or week for nanny: Helping with children s pick ups, errands, juggling the afternoon activities (Mum doing one run and nanny doing the other), at home with a child occasionally and light house work such as unpacking the dishwasher or helping with hanging out washing.

**The carers responsibilities for this role will be as follows**:

- To care for the children
- Follow the children s routine
- Pick up from school
- Take to afternoon activities (dance, gymnastics etc)
- General tidying up and light household chores
- Homework assistance
- Run errands (Occasionally)

**The family s expectations from their nanny are**:

- 3+ years of experience as a nanny or working in child care
- Childcare qualifications preferred
- Have a current first aid certificate
- Have a current Working With Children s Check
- Display strong communication skills and speaks English
- Non smoking
- ]Experience with children with ADHD and/or learning difficulties (preferable)
- Full drivers license and clean driving record (Own car needed - kms and petrol to be reimbursed)
