**Job Description**:
Key Accountability
Description
- Developing and executing strategic plans, allocate resources and engage key stakeholders to achieve optimal revenue performance;
- Driving culture across the team that fosters collaboration, accountability and client centric behaviour.
- Identifying and creating growth opportunities and developing customised solutions to meet customer needs to meet financial growth targets;
- Leading a successful team through a collaborative environment
- Staying abreast of the market and aligning products and services to market opportunities and leverage growth;
- Balancing short term targets and strategic change to meet future goals
- Responsible for the investigation and resolution of stakeholder complaints,.
- Reputation management and collaboration with project and construction teams in the effective implementation of land access, statutory approvals and communication procedures
- while building key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Highlight to managers and to appropriate areas within the Wideband Design team where there may be issues that need to be addressed or opportunities exploited
- Drive improved performance & quality service delivery.
- Provide Strategic & Technical advice;
- Develop Wideband competencies & strategies to achieve outcomes;
- Drive best practice in line with company Framework and BeST Practices
- Ensure the provision of consistently high-quality services to our customers;- Minimum 5 years experience in Land Access and Stakeholder Engagement in Telecommunication field; includes the preparation of Land Access Notice
- Monitor and ensure compliance of all Land Access documents
- Strong knowledge and understanding of related statutory acts as well as cultural and heritage matters.
- Strong knowledge, understanding and experience with legislation, regulatory frameworks and procedures governing land access and safety across Australia.
- Experience project management experience in multi-disciplinary Telecommunication engineering or infrastructure environment
- Focused of KPI and results
