Our client is a premier National Pet Treat Company, taking pride in offering the highest quality treats for our beloved pets. Due to the expansion of the business they are looking for a Picker packer / Leading hand to join their growing team.

You will:

- Demonstrate that you are a proficient member of the team working accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effictively with other team members
- Ensure packaging requirements are met as per Safe Operating Procedures
- Ensure quality assurance is maintained.
- Learn the daily operations of the packing / production room

If you possess prior experience in food production, have previously served as a team leader or leading hand, or have the work ethic and disposition to fulfill such a role in the future, you may be well-suited for this position.
