**Positions Available**:
We are currently seeking motivated and inspiring Full-Time Lead Educators to join our dynamic team. As part of the Little Harvard family, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our brand-new Holland Park West Centre.

**Responsibilities**:
As a part of our team, you will:

- Access professional development and training programs
- Receive training on curriculum planning and programming
- Enjoy flexible hours of availability
- Collaborate with a passionate team and build strong relationships with children and families

**Qualifications**:

- Hold a minimum Diploma
- Possess a current Blue Card (for paid workers)
- Hold a current CPR and First Aid certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Demonstrate the ability to follow instructions, understand routines, and maintain a high level of hygiene
- Embrace the centre's values and philosophy
- Nurture authentic connections with children and families
- Collaborate with families and the community through interaction, curriculum, and documentation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00 - $39.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Holland Park West, QLD 4121: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)

Work Authorisation:
