**Caretaker Wanted - Live-In Role at Local Caravan Park**

We’re looking for a full-time **live-in caretaker** for a local caravan park. This role includes accommodation and all bills covered (excluding food).

Ideal for a semi-retired or young couple, we’re seeking someone long-term to build relationships with regulars and be a friendly, welcoming presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cleaning ablution blocks
- General maintenance
- Basic plumbing & gardening
- Managing bins & keeping the park tidy

This role is best suited for someone who isn’t planning frequent travel, as it mainly involves light upkeep and generally having a presence in the park (Actual work is approx 5-10 hours per week). There are no set hours—just keeping things running smoothly. If you want to take on projects, make improvements and beautification then that is perfect.

The park is currently in a transition period and has been a little negleted. It will need some TLC to get it back up to scratch then will just be general maintenance.
