As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating excellent coffee, providing great customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the café. You will work closely with a small, dynamic team to ensure smooth café operations. Low-stress environment serving quality patrons with relaxed hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare coffee and other beverages to a high standard
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, including machines and work areas
- Handle cash and POS transactions
- Assist in stock management and ordering when necessary
- Provide support in customer service and other general duties

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience as a barista
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for coffee and customer service
- Experience in food handling, safe work practices, and RSA (or willingness to obtain)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
