Fuel Tanker Driver

Our extensive network of bulk fuel and lubricant depots, delivery vehicles, and Retail Service Stations is supported by a team that is an integral part of the local communities we serve. **Description**: Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the safe delivery of fuel to various customers, predominantly within the Albury-Wodonga region, working on a rotating roster with the majority of shifts being nights. **Benefits**: - Permanent, full-time opportunity - Work a Rotating Roster that mostly covers Nights - Guaranteed minimum of 70 hours per fortnight - Sunday & Public Holiday penalty rates - Uniforms & PPE provided - A safety comes first work environment supported by our dedicated HSSE team - Exceptional training program provided by our team of Driver Trainers **Tasks and Responsibilities**: - Loading, transportation and delivery of fuel products to retail, commercial, agricultural & industrial customers - Carry out Preloading from Melbourne Terminal for Deliveries in the local Albury/Wodonga Region - Perform daily pre-start checks on vehicles and equipment - Manage fatigue and perform log book duties - Develop, grow and maintain good relationships with our customers - Ensure compliance and safety is adhered to at all times - Carry out all duties within set timeframes and follow instructions **Skills and Experience**: - Must have a valid MC Licence and experience in an MC vehicle - Fuel experience beneficial, however not necessary - Lowes are able to assist in obtaining the following requirements where appropriate: - Dangerous Goods licence considered an advantage - SLP is considered an advantage - BFM Statement of Attainment - Commercial Driver Medical Fitness - Clean driving record and a commitment to a safe work environment - Dedication to achieving high standards of safety - Great customer service and friendly attitude - Good communication skills both verbal and written All Lowes Petroleum drivers are expected to contribute to a positive professional driving culture, proactively contribute to organisational safety goals, and be reliable.
