**Role Overview**:
As a Lease Administrator based in Brisbane, QLD, you will be a vital part of our Property Team, ensuring efficient management of our client's property portfolio. Your responsibilities will include maintaining our automated lease database, managing financial obligations, and providing crucial administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the Property Team to oversee day-to-day property management tasks.
- Maintain and update our automated lease database with critical lease information and dates.
- Ensure compliance with financial obligations, including rent reviews and invoice management.
- Manage relationships with landlords and handle lease-related queries effectively.

**Accountabilities**:

- Conduct monthly rent roll processes and administer rent reviews and adjustments.
- Manage invoices and ad hoc lease charges such as electricity and rates.
- Perform annual reviews of Outgoings Estimates and Reconciliations.
- Maintain lease registers and document filing systems.
- Support financial processes and budget planning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and BGIS business systems.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous experience in property or corporate real estate.
- Strong proficiency in lease administration and financial management.
- Knowledge of building services and maintenance.
- Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) preferred.
