We are looking for passionate, intelligent and high-achieving students from a wide range of schools across New South Wales.

Alumni connects you with students from your school, sets up the time, place and all the other stuff that makes tutoring a tough industry to break into. All you need to do is show up on time, and provide excellent tutoring services.

Our online portal has an excellent user interface for tutors and prospective clients, allowing you to seamlessly put in your available times, so that we can match you with a student who is right for you.

Our current starting rate of pay is $41.10, and we offer generous salary progression for high performing tutors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide tailored academic tutoring to students in your area of expertise.
- Leverage your knowledge of the specific school syllabus to deliver targeted and relevant lessons.
- Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment to boost students’ confidence and academic performance.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and learning strategies.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism during all sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, practice materials, and exam strategies customized for each student.
