**About the Role**:
Mercedes Benz North Shore are now looking for a friendly, personable and people loving team player to be our **Concierge/Driver** at our **Mosman **Service Centre.

**The role will involve the following**:

- Be the friendly face of the dealership meeting and greeting customers who present at the dealership
- Assist customers by directing them for vehicle servicing, repairs and parts purchasing
- Collect and return customers vehicles for service in a friendly, safe and timely manner
- Direct and manage visitors parking
- Co-ordinate with Service Advisors to maintain pick up schedules
- Drop off and pick up customers as required
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Full work rights in Australia
- A valid Australian driver’s licence or international drivers license
- A warm genuine friendly, welcoming personality with a strong sense of good customer service
- A high standard of personal presentation
- Able to sometimes work outdoors
- Effective time management
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive can-do aptitude
