We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team on a **9-month fixed-term** basis. If you’re looking for hands-on work in a supportive and safety-driven environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

**Your Opportunity**:
In this role, you will:
- Assist in the maintenance, repair, and construction of railway tracks- Work as part of a team to ensure rail infrastructure is safe and operational- Operate tools and machinery required for track maintenance- Follow safety procedures and work in compliance with industry regulations- Work in various outdoor environments across different locations

This is a fantastic chance to gain valuable rail industry experience while contributing to essential transport services in Queensland.

**This Role Will Be Ideal for People Who**- Enjoy hands-on, physical work in an outdoor environment- Are team players who can work collaboratively with others- Have a strong commitment to safety and following procedures- Are reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn new skills- Have previous experience in rail / civil construction, or similar labour-intensive industries (preferred but not essential)- MR / HR truck license is desirable

The team travel & work throughout the entire Queensland Rail Network at sites in SEQ and Regional areas across the State, as such there will be a requirement to work away from our Brisbane Depot at Eagle Farm roughly 50% of the time.
