**Position**:
Casual Support Worker

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide compassionate support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Assist clients with daily activities including personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Foster a supportive and empowering environment that promotes independence and dignity for all clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the care team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, activities, and any incidents as required.

**Requirements**:

- Must be of Caucasian ethnicity.
- Previous experience in disability care or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Possess a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and adaptable to varying client needs and schedules.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Bankstown NSW (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Bankstown NSW: Relocate before starting work (required)
