We are seeking an experienced leader who will play a key role in the multidisciplinary early years team. As the Coordinator Family Day Care you strive for excellence in service delivery and regulatory adherence whilst adding value to the lives of many children and families in the Baw Baw Community.

**About the Role**

As the Coordinator Family Day Care you will be responsible for the coordination and provision of an inclusive Family Day Care service for children and families in the Baw Baw Community. You will lead, manage and support your team and contracted educators to ensure that the highest standards of safety, quality and customer service are achieved. You will hold the key positions of Nominated Supervisor and Person with Management and Control (PMC), as well as overseeing the regulatory and legislated compliance with Education and Care National Law Act (2010), Education and Care National Regulations (2011) and Family Assistance Act (1999).
