**The Role**
As a Support Worker in our shared living team, you’ll be the first friendly face clients see each day. You’ll help them get ready, set goals, and step into their day with confidence. From personal care to community adventures, you’ll be part of the magic that makes supports matter.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
**Morning Motivator**:Support clients with their morning routines, breakfast, and daily prep
**Skill Builder**:Help build independence through everyday tasks and life skills
**Community Connector**:Get clients out and about—appointments, programs, or just a good walk
**Behaviour Supporter**: Follow personalised plans with empathy and consistency
**Admin Extraordinaire**: Keep notes tidy and communication flowing
**Team Player**:Work closely with families and fellow support workers to keep things smooth

If you’re the kind of person who’s up with the sun, coffee in hand, and ready to make a difference before most people hit snooze—then we want you on our team as we have early morning shifts available. If days, afternoons, nights / actives are more your jam we have them available as well.

**Who You Are**
You’ve already got hands-on experience in disability support—so you know what it takes to make a difference.
You’re confident providing personal care and supporting individuals with behaviours of concern.
You bring resilience, empathy, and a positive, can-do attitude to every shift.
Studying or hold a Certificate in Community Services? That’s a big plus and shows your commitment to the field
You’re a team player who lifts others up and brings good vibes wherever you go
