**The Role**
**The day to day**
Our teams love what they do, and when you’re working with us your day could involve:
- Produce and issue technical reports from data provided;
- Data input into Client and ALS systems as required;
- General office duties such as stationery management;
- Maintaining records in ALS Sharepoint system (training records, equipment calibrations etc);
- Filing and archiving of reports;
- Liaising with Client and other personnel on site;
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment;
- In all activities strive for the highest level of operational efficiency to ensure a profitable contribution to the business enterprise;
- General office administrative assistance across various departments.
**The essentials**
We are seeking a motivated individual who will ideally possess the following:
Previous administrative experience;
- Sound computer skills, experienced and proficient in using MS Word and Excel
- Proven ability to work within a large team environment and should possess:
