**The Role - Team Member**

As a **Team Member**, you’ll be the face of Schnitz Robina, making sure every customer has a great dining experience. This is a hands-on role where you’ll rotate across different sections of the restaurant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service** - greeting guests, taking orders, ensuring friendly and efficient service.
- **Food Preparation** - assisting with cooking, salads, and assembling meals according to Schnitz standards.
- **Kitchen Operations** - supporting pan-cooking, fryers, and food handling safely and hygienically.
- **Restaurant Cleanliness** - maintaining a clean and safe environment (dining area, kitchen, equipment).
- **Teamwork** - working closely with other Team Members and Team Leaders to keep shifts running smoothly.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Previous hospitality or retail experience (preferred, but not essential).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player.

Pay: $24.95 - $36.04 per hour
