**The Role: Landscape Management Staff**

We’re seeking motivated and open-minded individuals to join our maintenance crews and deliver excellence in our landscape maintenance division. As a part of the team you'll:

- Maintain gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas through tasks such as mowing, pruning, weeding, and edging.
- Safely and efficiently operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Representing MO&Co Landscapes with positivity, teamwork and a strong work ethic.
- Take responsibility for maintenance vehicles, equipment, routes, and fostering positive client relationships.

**What You Bring to the Table**

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- **Practical Skills**: Proficiency in using landscaping equipment and navigating various outdoor environments.
- **Attention to Detail**: A commitment to completing work to the highest standard.

- **Driver’s License**: To operate crew vehicles and travel between work sites

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
