We are currently seeking a Premiums/Credit Officer with strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills to manage a portfolio of clients in relation to Workers Compensation Insurance. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised professional with a solid understanding of relevant legislation and compliance frameworks.

As a key member of our team, you will ensure the accurate processing of premiums, maintain policy compliance, debt collection and provide outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a client portfolio to ensure accurate and timely premium calculations and payments
- Ensure policy targets and audit compliance service standards are consistently met
- Respond promptly to internal and external queries, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate data entry and ensure legislative compliance at all times
- Attend and participate in ongoing training on relevant legislation and systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas for process enhancement
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Adhere to occupational health and safety (OHS), privacy, and record-keeping requirements

**Experience and Knowledge**:

- Solid understanding of Workers Compensation Insurance policy and legislation
- Knowledge of premium calculation processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using WorkSafe systems such as ACCtion and VPCS (preferred)
