Our Castle Towers store is a flagship site buzzing with energy, fashion, and non-stop action—and we’re looking for a _standout Third in Charge_ to help lead the charge With high foot traffic and a fast-paced vibe, this store is the _ultimate playground_ for retail lovers who thrive on momentum. You’ll be right in the thick of it—supporting leadership, driving day-to-day operations, and keeping our _Dream Team_ inspired and empowered on the floor.

- You’re passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
- You have previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
- You’re ready to join an employer that invests in the development of your leadership and management, with a mix of hands-on, in-store and virtual training.
- You pride yourself on delivering AMAZING customer experiences with the support of our inspiring Regional and Store Management team.
- You support your ASM and Store Manager in leading and motivating your team
