Duties include:- Ensure channel best practice is applied by all stakeholders- Implement customer lifecycle strategies including use of segmentation, A/B testing and personalisation to optimise channel performance and conversion

You consider yourself someone who builds rapport well with a variety of stakeholders across the business, with the ability to empower our marketing teams with your Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise.

We’re looking for:
- Work to deadlines and deliverables and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities- Strong problem solving and analytical mindset- Knowledge of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Ampscript- Copy writing skills (desired)
