**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Training Development**
- Design and deliver engaging, up-to-date PTE preparation courses.
- Continuously revise course materials in line with the latest PTE updates.

**2. Instruction**
- Conduct dynamic, structured sessions for all PTE modules: Speaking, Writing, Listening, and Reading.
- Provide personalised feedback and targeted exam strategies.

**3. Team Leadership**
- Mentor and train junior trainers to maintain high teaching standards.
- Monitor and review trainer performance.

**4. Student Support**
- Build strong rapport with students.
- Organise specialised workshops to address specific skill gaps.

**5. Assessment & Administration**
- Track student performance and prepare progress reports.
- Manage class schedules, attendance, and logistics.

**Requirements**:

- **PTE Score**: 80+ in all modules (scorecard submission required).
- **Experience**: Minimum **2 years in PTE or English language test training**.
- **Teaching Experience**: Strong background in delivering structured lessons with measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of the **updated PTE format (effective 07/08/2025)**.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Proficiency with modern teaching tools and digital platforms.
- Availability to work weekends.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 3+ years of English teaching experience.
- Previous leadership role in an academic setting.
- Current visa with full work rights in Australia.
