About the OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Business Applications Specialist to join our Supply Chain Function based at Edinburgh Parks, South Australia reporting to the Supply Chain Business Applications Manager.
We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, such as working a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Triage Supply Chain Service Desk calls to ensure that they are appropriately prioritised and actioned
- Work closely with technical (IT) resources to identify solutions to user issues and problems
- Liaise with IT to determine priorities for their regular sprint process
- Support the functions' digital transformation, as required by the project team

About YOU
- Qualification or strong experience in Lean, Six sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies with an experience in working in supply chain or procurement roles
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst or exposure to the field with an experience working in Jira and confluence
- Strong communicator with an ability to negotiate and influence internal and/or external stakeholders and deliver training in a classroom or workshop environment
- An ability to balance conflicting priorities to deliver against customer and business requirement with strong stakeholder engagement skills
