At **Urban Buddy Solutions**, we’re not your average NDIS provider. We keep it real, we cut through the red tape, and we genuinely care about the people we support — and the people who work with us.

We’re looking for **Support Workers** who are dependable, grounded and values-driven. People who don’t just “tick boxes” — but who want to make a real difference in the everyday lives of our participants.

Whether you’re experienced or new to the sector, if you’ve got a good heart, strong ethics and a willingness to learn — we want to hear from you.

**The Role**

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide direct, person-centred support to NDIS participants in their homes and in the community. No two shifts will be the same — but you’ll always be making an impact.

Support may include:

- Daily living tasks (meal prep, domestic tasks, personal care)
- Community access (appointments, events, shopping, social activities)
- Transport and companionship
- Building confidence, independence and life skills
- Following support plans and working closely with families and coordinators
- **Active and inactive sleepovers as required (must be comfortable with overnight support)**

**What We’re Looking For**
- A genuine, reliable and respectful person
- Great communicator who can build trust and healthy boundaries
- Someone who values routine _but_ adapts when needed
- Confidence working independently
- Experience with NDIS or disability support is a bonus — but not essential
- Willingness to learn and follow Urban Buddy's person-first, no-BS approach

**Requirements**:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
- First Aid & CPR
- Working rights in Australia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $50.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Shift work
