We are seeking reliable and motivated **MR or HR Drivers to be Crew Leaders** at our site based in **Warwick, QLD**.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, has leadership experience and is passionate about maintaining high safety standards.

You will be responsible for supervising and working alongside a team in the transport and handling of poultry, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with animal welfare and compliance standards.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven **team leadership or supervisory experience** in agriculture, logistics, or similar physical industries
- Strong focus on **safety**, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures
- Well-organised with good **paperwork and documentation** skills
- Comfortable with **manual work** and early starts
- Excellent communication and people skills to lead a small crew

**Requirements**:

- Current **MR or HR driver’s licence**:

- Valid **Forklift Licence**:

- Physically fit and willing to perform labour-intensive tasks
- Ability to meet **PPE and hygiene standards**:

- A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work unsupervised

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a poultry handling crew at farm sites
- Ensure all work complies with **workplace safety and animal welfare regulations**:

- Operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading where required
- Maintain accurate records and ensure **fatigue management** and other compliance procedures are followed
- Build strong working relationships with farmers and team members
