Cleaner

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform comprehensive cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Excellent communication skills for positive interaction with staff and visitors.
- A willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and safely operate various cleaning equipment.

Pay: $23.23 - $40.24 per hour
