**What will you do?**:
We are continually looking for people to join the Kmart Group, across both the Target and Kmart brands. We have a number of fantastic opportunities in our IT Department for IT Service Desk Analyst positions, to provide technical support to our retail stores, supply chain and store support offices.

We have opportunities to work for Kmart in Mulgrave, as well as Target in Williams Landing. We are looking for people who are passionate about customer services and technology. We are looking for people who want a long-term career within the Service Desk and Support space.

**What are we looking for?**:

- Interest and/or experience in IT Help Desk type industry
- Competent in resolving and managing incidents
- Basic understanding of the retail systems environment
- Ability to function as part of a team and contribute positively to team goals
- Ability to take direction from Senior teams and provide feedback & follow up
- Willing and able to develop competency across a broad range of system tools
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure and be results oriented
- Customer focused-positive, friendly, courteous and professional demeanor with all callers
