**About the role**:
We are seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and caring individuals, with good communication skills to join our team. Your work will support people to achieve their individual lifestyle goals. You will work with participants in the Community, providing a one on one service. As a support worker, you will support the independent living of clients through personal care, community participation, and assistance with daily personal activities.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Provide one on one direct care assistance to each participant in accordance with their care plan.

Monitor the safety and well-being of the participant and report any concerns to the supervisor.

Support clients to access activities and community.

Manage accurate and detailed progress reports and incident reports.

Work with the participant, family, and other professionals to support the participant’s individual goals.
- Be a qualified Assistant in Nursing - Cert III or Cert IV.
- At least 6 months experience with caring for, grooming, showering and feeding residents/clients.
- Willing to work in a safe yet COVID affected Aged Care facility.
- Availability to work either a few shifts or full-time block bookings.
- A confident approach to caring for others and making a difference
