**What You Will Do**
- Craft consistently great coffee with a focus on quality and speed
- Engage with customers and take orders with warmth and personality
- Keep the coffee station clean, organised, and ready for action
- Work closely with your team to deliver smooth and efficient service
- Maintain a positive atmosphere, whether it is a busy rush or a quiet afternoon

**What We Are Looking For**
- A genuine love for people and hospitality
- The ability to stay calm under pressure, especially during the morning coffee rush
- A strong team player who supports others
- A willingness to learn and grow within our café environment
- Proven barista experience. This is a must
