Executive Housekeeper

Under the guidance of the Executive Chef, you will contribute your creative touch to crafting culinary delights and play a pivotal role in the smooth day-to-day operations of the kitchen in the role of **part-time Commis Chef**.

**Duties**
- Ensuring that food presented to guests aligns with property standards and is served within designated timeframes, whilst maintaining high quality and presentation
- Uphold a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace that places significant emphasis on upholding rigorous food safety standards
- Assist Senior Chefs with menu preparation and ensuring adequate stock and supplies are available
- Receive ongoing training and guidance from Senior Chefs

**Skills and Experience**
- An individual with a passion for culinary arts and is open to experimenting with fresh approaches
- The ability to communicate in a clear, articulate manner and ability to embrace constructive feedback
- Proficiency in excelling within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
- The possession of recognised culinary training and employment experience
- Hold a Commercial Cookery certification, and ideally having secured a Safe Food Handling certificate or Food Safety Supervisor qualification
