**What do you do?**
- Handle the bar service of the venue
- Showcase the venue’s distillery products
- Focus on creating and developing exciting, high-quality drinks
- Report to the Venue Manager
- Work with the team to pair food offerings (Gin, Vodka, Whiskey)
- Help the team in developing a functions offering as the business develops
- Eventually offer product tasting flights and “Distill Your Own Gin” experience
- Work part-time on weekends

**What do you need?**
- Experience in a similar role of at least 5 years (General Award)
- Bar and Distillery experience preferred
- Must possess an RSA
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- A high level of personal grooming and presentation (image and branding)
- Having your full COVID19 vaccination is preferred
