**About the role**

Tynan Motors are currently seeking an experienced automotive **Back Counter Parts Interpreter** to join our multi franchised Parts Department in **Kirrawee. **This is an excellent opportunity to put your people skills to good use and become a valuable member of our parts team.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Inbound and Outbound sales for the Parts Department
- Providing excellent customer service to inbound calls by providing quotes, product information and support
- Maintaining customer database
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Parts Interpretation for Trade customers from our wholesale call centre

**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience in the Automotive Industry as a parts interpreter
- Knowledge using Reynolds & ERA
- Knowledge of electronic parts catalogues & listings
- Strong parts interpretation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional Customer service skills
- Current NSW Drivers License
