Retail Lighting Store Manager (New Location)

Based at new location in Capalaba, the role will require you to manage the store and mentor and guide staff. The main responsibilities of the role will include:

- Inspire and lead the team by mentoring and training
- Enhance sales performance across retail and trade
- Build long term relationships with trade customers and suppliers
- Stock control
- Provide excellent customer service
- Priding yourself on knowledge of relevant product and technologies
- Merchandising to increase appeal to customers

To be successful in this position you will require:

- Previous Lighting retail/trade experience
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- The ability to help others develop their skills
- Motivate staff to achieve their full potential

As an acknowledgment of your valuable input, we provide an appealing salary package.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Lighting sales: 1 year (required)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
