**Accountant**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver accounting support and manage financial transactions relating to business operations.
- Assisting in formulating budgetary and accounting policies and the reporting process.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly financial /management reports, including P&L Statements, Balance Sheet Statements and Cash Flow Statements on all company’s operations.
- Preparing documents for quarterly Business Activity Statements.
- Ensure all accounting activities and reporting comply with statutory laws and requirements.
- Reviewing current trends for expenditures and revenue, followed by making appropriate recommendations to company executives regarding spending, finance control, and budgeting.
- Conducting financial investigations, preparing reports and advising on matters such as the purchase and sales of businesses, capital financing and taxation.
- Examining operating costs and company's income and expenditure.
- Review Accounts Payable/Receivable, includes processing invoices, payments, producing statement of accounts, collections on overdue accounts and account reconciliation when required.
- Providing assurance about the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements.
- Preparing taxation returns for the company.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external).
- Maintaining internal control systems.
- Ensure accounting treatments meet accounting standards whilst achieving optimal results.
- Preparation of ad-hoc documents and reports for internal and external stakeholders for Accounting and Finance matters.
- Handle queries from executives on all aspects of the accounting function.
**To be eligible you must**:
- Have a Bachelor degree or higher qualification in relevant field of study.
- Minimum three years of post-qualification accounting experience.
**Desired Skills Set**:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to follow processes.
- Ability to work to deadlines with good prioritisation and time management skills.
- Knowledge of construction industry would be preferable.
- Experience of working in a cross-cultural environment.
- Multi-lingual skills are preferred.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $650,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- Bachelor Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 3 years (preferred)
