Your Way - Excellent career opportunities on offer **About you** Ideally you have between 2 to 4 years post admission experience, predominantly in insolvency and restructuring as well as in banking recoveries. You have: - highly developed organisational skills necessary to work within a fast-paced recoveries practice; - excellent technical skills; - enthusiasm and drive for delivering outstanding outcomes to clients; - a high degree of initiative; - sound legal and commercial judgement. **Your role** The role requires an extensive knowledge of: - insolvency and restructuring law; - the regulations impacting banks and financial institutions including the Personal Property Securities Act, National Consumer Credit Protection Act, National Credit Code, the Australian Consumer Law and the Banking Code of Practice; - complex debt/security restructures; **About Gadens** Gadens is a leading, independent Australian law firm, with a clear vision and strategy for the future.
