**The role**

You will be a part of a technologically savvy, creative and wellbeing focused team, supporting an established specialised Careers framework. The role is varied and significant, with opportunities to step outside the ‘standard’ with such initiatives as supporting Junior School Careers Expos, online Careers nights and joint ventures with our partner schools both domestically and abroad.

- Be confident in the delivery of Careers frameworks and programs
- Have a sound understanding of NESA syllabus requirements and current NESA accreditation
- Be an inspiring, creative, out of the box thinker who is open to be involved in emergent initiatives
- Be positive and collaborative in your contributions to a successful Futures department and other teams who are committed to improving educational outcomes
- Be committed to supporting student wellbeing.

We offer salaries above the award, ranging from $86,000 - $123,000 per annum (plus superannuation). Your salary will be based on your NESA accreditation level.
