**The role**:

- Reporting to the Area General Manager, you will work closely with all hotel operational teams to deliver high standards of customer service and quality control for events
- Review and set the customer service standards, ensuring that the hotel is consistently exceeding guest expectations
- Hands-on approach in the day-to-day operations of all departments, including Rooms, F&B delivery and Events
- Support, manage and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment whilst managing talent pipeline development
- Possess prior strong hotel experience, or in a similar senior F&B role, duty manager or front office manager
- Motivated, calm and confident, with the ability to work autonomously
- Proven ability in leading teams, effective delegation of duties and contribution to creating a positive workplace culture
- Flexible to work across a hands-on 7-day roster
- Experience working closely with events clients
- Strong people management skills
