Glooloop Surfacing is a leading outdoor surfacing specialist in Sydney. We specialise in rubber softfall surfacing, synthetic grass surfacing, permeable aggregate surfacing and early childhood playscapes. We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking team members to join our crews as installers. All training will be provided onsite, you just need the right attitude. School leavers are welcome, as well as those looking for a gap year.

This role covers the installation of wet pour rubber surfacing, wet pour stone surfacing and synthetic grass. You will work as part of an installation team and will be required to undertake tasks such as:

- creating correct ratios for mixes,
- moving materials between mixer and laying area;
- trowelling out wetpour rubber and stone using a hand trowel, to specified depths;
- rolling out and cutting synthetic grass; and
- cleaning and maintaining equipment.

All work is Monday to Friday, with overtime available on some weekends (but it is not mandatory).

Most work is in the greater Sydney region, with some regional NSW work. All travel and accommodation costs will be covered where overnight stays are required. As we work all over Sydney, a licence and car is useful, but not essential. White card is required, but can be obtained once position secured.

Due to the large amount of work undertaken in schools and child care centres, all applicants will need to have a working with children check clearance (or be able to obtain once prior to commencement).

No previous experience of installing rubber or grass surfacing required, but honesty, reliability and work ethic are essential. Career progression opportunities available for enthusiastic and hardworking people.
