**About you**

**Qualifications**
- Understanding of the NDIS and Disability Industry
- Preferred however not required, experience in rostering
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Willing to work outside of standard office hours (after hours roster)
- Driver’s License with access to a car
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and guide individuals and teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, can accomplish tasks without direction.

**As the Team Lead WA, your role will include but not be limited to the following**
- Oversee and direct the intake of participants for requested services including CORE, Supported Independent Living, Plan Management and Support Coordination in Western Australia.
- Follow the Company’s onboarding process thoroughly.
- Work alongside other departments efficiently to service referrals.
- Provide a detailed handover once the intake process is complete.
- Follow up on incomplete and/or dormant referrals.
- Be the first point of contact for enquiries and potential referrals relating to the Maple’s services in Western Australia.
- Facilitate face to face and virtual meet and greets with participants and stakeholders.
- Collaborate and build relationships with external stakeholders to develop business.
- In charge of monitoring the performance of support workers to ensure they give the best possible care and support to participants.
- Set a strong example for the team, demonstrating professionalism, respect, and a commitment to high-quality client care.
- Ensure that all client service interactions are of the highest quality, focusing on empathy, responsiveness, and solution-focused approaches.
- Regularly assess client needs and satisfaction, using feedback to make continuous improvements to service delivery.
- Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with all relevant stakeholders, including clients, their families, support workers, healthcare professionals, and community organisations.
