**The Role**:
Due to exciting growth, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated **Graduate HR Officer** to join our team. This role offers exposure across all key HR functions, helping you develop a strong foundation in employee relations, compliance, HR reporting, and more.
**Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Supporting HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
- Assisting in maintaining HR systems, policies, and compliance registers
- Helping interpret Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and legislation
- Providing timely support on HR and payroll queries
- Building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels
**Essential Skills / Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (or similar discipline).
- Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
- Current National Police Clearance.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s Licence - “C” Class.
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently using own initiative and within a cohesive team environment.
- Good judgement and a flexible approach.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing priorities.
- Willingness to assist a variety of stakeholders all at levels.
**Desirable Skills**
- Exposure to the utilities, resources or construction industries
- Exposure to the administration of company processes and policies
- Awareness of relevant legislative, governance and compliance requirements
