**About the Opportunity**

IGA Fine Food Market Plus Liquor Moss Vale is seeking a full-time Produce Staff member join their produce department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced person. You’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality produce to customers, managing a dynamic team, and contributing to the success of the store.

Reporting to the Produce Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining top-quality displays, managing inventory, and driving sales growth while ensuring compliance with all food safety standards.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**
- Contributing to the daily operations of the fruit and vegetable department, ensuring stock levels meet customer demand.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the department.
- Monitoring stock levels, performing regular checks, and placing orders with suppliers to minimise waste.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to secure quality produce at competitive prices.
- Driving customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Tracking and analysing sales data to develop strategies for growth and profitability.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations.

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Australia (required)
