Position: Retail Shop Manager

Location: East Maitland NSW

Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you passionate about seafood and thrive in a dynamic retail environment? We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Shop Manager to lead our vibrant seafood store and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Oversee daily operations and lead a team of staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Sales Management: Drive sales growth by managing product displays, promotions, and inventory.

Customer Service: Ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards.

Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, order supplies, and minimize waste.

Team Development: Train, motivate, and schedule staff to achieve performance goals.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, particularly food handling and hygiene standards.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in food or seafood sales.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Passion for seafood and knowledge of the industry is a plus.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
