Your Impact

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will be a team player, who is flexible and willing to support our centres and children when and where required. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

You’ll help achieve this by

Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team

Engaging and supervising the children at all times

Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members

Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families

Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures

Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Goodstart Claremont is located next to Windermere Primary School. The centre has been operating since 2006.
We have vegetable gardens and lots of plants that the children help us tend, as well as several pets
Our centre holds regular family nights
Our centre is deeply committed to the United Nations Rights of the Child. We advocate for our children's voices to be heard and listened to.
